Our Foundation
The Fort Morgan Lions Club maintains a non-profit, 501(c)3 scholarship organization, Lions Foundation of Morgan County. The goal is to invest contributions from the club to generate enough income to provide a scholarship. The Foundation will be awarding three scholarships for 2013-14 school year. One scholarship will be in the amount of $2000, with a second and third scholarship each in the amount of $1000. Scholarships will be awarded to Fort Morgan High School Seniors who plan to attend college the following school year. Applicants will need to submit scholarship documents to the following gmail address: fortmorganlionsclub@gmail.com
The Foundation has a board of directors separate from the club directors. However, each director must be a member of the club. Scholarship applications are available to students at the Fort Morgan High School Counseling Office.
